Dishes included: Lamb with cashew nut curry; basmati rice; date and lemon chutney; yogurt with banana and grated coconut; tomato, onion, and ginger salad; a rose water flavored yogurt drink; and, a desert of whole wheat crepes laced with cardamom, honey, and kewra-scented cream.
